PROCESSING TIMES & DELIVERY

Most orders will ship the same day when placed before 15:00. Usual orders will normally have a 1-3 business day processing time. Contact us directly if you are in urgent need for same day delivery or specific time or date for delivery. We will do our best to sort it out for you. Please note that delays may occur during transit due to product availability, weather conditions, peak season, and other factors.

All orders within West Malaysia will be shipped via Courier Service with an estimated delivery time of 2 – 5 working days.

All orders to East Malaysia & international shipment will be shipped via Courier Service with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 7 business days.

For international orders, we will use Teleport and the delivery time frame depending on the courier service and custom clearance.
